But at the same time, do not forget that the legislation establishes very strict requirements and rules for building in the center – new buildings must either fully comply with the general architectural style, or not stand out from it. Of course, this greatly affects the cost of work and the final price of real estate.
For the sleeping areas of the city, especially for developing and expanding, complex development is typical. Do not lag behind and areas adjacent to the city center.
